Where Is My Old Groove?

Absolutely gorgeous this morning.  All day in fact.
Just crispy...especially this afternoon when the wind kicked in.
I took the sheets off the girls as the solar heat was doing it's thing and the temperature was supposed to get up to 50 degrees.  Didn't happen.

It did not take long for Abbe to cover herself with mud.

Before heading into Rochester for Grand Jury duty, I stopped at The Center to see how the painting was going.  Even the primer looked a lot better than the old ugmo wallpaper.
There are going to be BIG changes in the next few days.
Everyone has been very understanding, even tho the place is a jumble.
I made it to The Hall of Justice in the nick of time.

Home late...Gary was cleaning out gardens.
Made a quick trip to Wegmans and picked up something for dinner...no mood to cook when I get home so late.  Maybe I should think about using a crock pot.

Tomorrow we should be even warmer and I will be in a room with no windows for more duty.
Great.
At little before 8pm and it was not dark yet.  I don't think I could handle any more snow.
Night all.

  1. Crock pots are a big help at times like this. I use mine a lot for soups and stews.

  2. Leave it to Abbé to take full advantage of the mud! I would be a little annoyed if I had to be in a windowless room on a nice day.

  3. Lori you would love a sous vide! You can prep so many things at once and freeze them and then they're good to go! I should try harder with crock pots. I've just never liked the texture they produce.
