Welcome to the tundra.
Poor Angel was totally gimpy on her left front this morning and she did not want to put any weight on it. I ended up calling Karen at work and put them all back in their stalls.
The wind has been terrible and it was in the single digits.
Of course they were thrilled.
I went to Agape.
20 minutes/elliptical, 21 minutes/treadmill and 20 minutes/bike.
While I was there, Karen came out and soaked and wrapped Angel.
I gave them more hay at 1:30.
The birds were hungry
and I needed a fire.
By the time the horses got turned out in the late afternoon....
we had gorgeous sunshine.
Ham salad sandwiches for dinner. No biggie.
Night all.
Crazy weather for April. We had snow which turned to rain and then cold temps. This morning all the trees were coated with ice. It very partly and pretty but still...
ReplyDeleteBoy we heard that wind was nutty crazy over there and by uncles house in NJ. Wind scares us

Hi Lori! thanks for your visit & compliments on my work. I've been out of the blogging scene & happily getting back into it.
ReplyDeleteIt's so good to see you are still thriving, living the beautiful life in your neck of the woods.
That weather just looks too cold! It is time for spring!
ReplyDeleteHow is Angel doing today? Hope she is doing better. We went from a downpour to ice, to warmer temps and thick fog right now. Strange April.
