HOW
TO CREATE AN ORB
Go to Photo Shop Elements - Select FILTER - select
DISTORT - select POLAR COORDINATES - select POLAR TO RECTANGLE - select
OK
Go to IMAGE - select IMAGE ROTATION - select FLIP CANVAS
VERTICAL
Go back to FILTER - select DISTORT - select POLAR
COORDINATES - select RECTANGLE TO POLAR - click OK
I usually SAVE
THE ORB TO MY DESKTOP AND THEN CLOSE IT OUT AND SAVE THE ORIGINAL. When
selecting a photo, you can leave it as it is or better yet,
CROP IT TO A
SQUARE.
