Making Strides....Marathon Day Part I

Up and at um extra early today.  5 other drummers and I met in Rochester for the "Making Strides" to end breast cancer event.  It's our second year.  It was only 38 degrees this morning and we started drumming at 9:30.  Had to dress for the weather and we never stopped for 2 and a half hours.  Last year there were 10,000 participants...have no idea how many there were today.  As soon as they hear us, they immediately start moving to the beat.  A very rewarding experience for a great cause.

These kids were volunteers working the event.  They were so cold they never stopped dancing.
