Can't help it. When the sun comes up, I can't sleep anymore.
Right after chores I spent a couple of hours mowing the lawn. Can't keep up with it.
The garlic is almost 2 feet high now, and we have started selling rhubarb.
Calling for heavy rain tonight so I put the girls in and did not turn them back out.
Had pizza with Randy and Arlene tonight....
followed by 4 games of Sequence! Finally, Arlene and I won.
The pictures I took of the flowers this morning were all blurry, so I played with them in Photoshop.
Night all.
Your lilacs are blooming! So jealous!! I didn't get any this year. I'm not sure that the one existing plant is mature enough and the others are just babies. We are up with the sun as well.
ReplyDeleteDear Lori, thank you for the photo-essay of your day. You know I'm not "with it" when it comes to technology. I have no camera. No smart phone. I have a cell phone for emergency use but fortunately, I never use it because I haven't had any emergencies.
ReplyDeleteGiven all that when I see what the application--I guess that's what it is--called "Photoshop" can do I'm amazed. And I find myself wondering about art and it's definition. And about the fine line there seems now to be between paintings and photographs. I"m probably really late on wondering about these things, but I do. Peace.
Daylight in Maine is at 4:30 am -- you'd be up early! Look at the explosion of color in your area -- wow -- and luv the fuzzy arty flower pics. . .
ReplyDeletep. s. That last double tulip pic would make a beautiful print for framing . . . mm?
ReplyDeleteMowing non stop it seems around here. Your garlic impresses me every year - and your rhubarb. Cool work in photoshop!
