Almost Broke a Record

Out in Colorado, Dreaming and Moondance had a good old fashioned snow event.  Back here, the temperature got up to 91 degrees today.  We are in deep tapioca.
Thought it was going to rain, but it ended up being beautiful.

The conditions have been perfect for growing grass and flowers.

 Class at 10.

Cooled it for the afternoon, and went out to do chores at 5 so the horses could catch a little break from the sun.
Put them back out and it was too buggy to take off their masks.

 Another picnic dinner.
Night all.

  1. 94 at work and the barn today (but cooler at home). I'm sure you had us beat on humidity though!

  3. Ugh! I was thinking I needed to move there after the last two days here, but at 88 I guess we were cooler :-o.

  4. You sure warmed up in a hurry!
The snow is all but gone here, leaving behind standing water in the pasture. Ugh.

  5. Look at those daffs and tulips, all of a sudden they are blooming. So glad the real storm did not come as far as you. Cheers, Jean
