2 degrees this morning.
It was good to see some color in the sky.
My fingers were freezing during chores.
Needed a lot of hot water and extra hay to keep these girls happy.
Moon will be moving in the near future, to a barn near Lorrie's house. Hopefully she will settle down and not have a need for anymore visits from the vet. She is great with people and a dream driving pony, but she sure puts out some vibes when she is with the other horses. I just want her to be in a nice safe atmosphere and am hoping for the best. Lorrie has worked her butt off here at the farm.
The rest of the crew seems to be getting along. With all the recent ice they are being kept off the pastures and outdoor arena so I am sure they are very bored.
All day yesterday and today it felt like Sunday.
Had a good fire going and invited Randy and Arlene over .....
to play Sequence and
eat leftovers.
A very relaxing day.
Night all.
No need to dream ...you did have a "White Christmas" for sure. I hope Moon will settle, good for her and the others. Tonight we, just Hugh and I at home now, will also have leftovers, perfect . Greetings, Jean.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a cold but relaxing day. Hope Moon does well in her new place.
