Snow.....

 Yep.  It started last night.
23 degrees this morning with a high in the low 30s.

The Florida Babes had their first encounter with the cold, white stuff.

Class at 10:30.

When I went out for the pasture switch, the moon was already high in the sky.

Tonight Berlin was holding her own.  No new hives (a few old ones) and she ate her grain.  Still have not heard from Cornell.

Tucked in the girls, made a salad and we were off to Brenda and Al's for our monthly dinner with them, Ron and Ann.

I could have eaten this all night....an almond was stuffed into a date, then wrapped in bacon.

This is Tootsie Louise....such a sweet girl.

Chicken, mashed potatoes, carrots, salad and crusty bread.  Delish!

Above is our hostess and below are a couple of her paintings that are in the dining room.
 So talented.
Berlin is on the far right in the painting below.
Dessert was rice pudding with a cherry reduction sauce and almonds....fuzzy photo.
Al is a carver.  I would love to photograph all of his work and create a book.

Tomorrow is another day.  I'm tired.
Night all.

  5. I can't believe you have snow already! You must be on very high ground I'm guessing. Glad Berlin is still okay, fingers still crossed.
