Sunshine = Energy

As soon as the sun started coming up (5am) my eyes opened!  So nice to start off the day with some good light.

 After chores I shredded some "bedding."  We switched shredders and this one is a piece of cake.
I could not be happier with this alternative to big bucks.
 At 11 I went over to Tina's for her lesson with Elizabeth.
 This is the first time Sandman was line driven...he obviously has done it in his past.

 I even had a chance to work with him.  As I prefer to drive from the side, it was a little confusing at first, but he caught on in seconds....what a good boy.
After he was hooked to the cart, Elizabeth drove him first.  The goal was just to get him to walk and whoa in a relaxed frame.
 Tina learned a lot through observation and had a fabulous time with Sandman.

 When the lesson was over (on a very good note), they walked back to the barn.

 If we ever return to warm weather I am going to come back and jump in the pool.  I sure spent a lot of time there after my surgery.
 Tina's roses are gorgeous.

 Jabbered on the phone this afternoon and went out to do chores at 5.

 I did manage to mow the lawn....more rain on the way.

 Gary watched Finn and Coop this afternoon and then we met at Fowler's Funeral Home where our friends Ronn and Ann were suffering the loss of their 25 year old grandson.  What a sad day for the entire family...So sorry.

Afterward we went to a new restaurant in town called Fazool's.  It's next to the Canal and offers an excellent view.
 Our meal was fine and so was the service.  It will be a great option for the boaters who stop at the Welcome Center.

Home before 8.  Really needed this sunny day.
Night all.

    Sorry to hear about your friends' grandson, such a young age to go, it's always worse when youngsters die.
