BEAUTIOUS....

This cooler weather brings with it some amazing skies.

 Sophie kitty.....
After chores I went to Agape and there were geese on the front lawn.
I didn't sleep well last night and felt like a truck ran over me.
Went through my usual routine and survived it.
Picked up a couple things at Wegmans on the way home.  Gary built us a nice fire and I started watching a movie while I got dinner ready.

This was a little different than the usual.  First I par boiled 6 boneless chicken thighs (10 minutes) and put them on top of a chopped onion and some carrots.  Then I added soy sauce, Italian dressing, fresh ground pepper and a spoon of apricot/peach jam to each piece.  Then I cut up a couple of plums from our little orchard and threw them in.  What the heck, it sounded like a good combo to me.
I usually do this in a big pie plate and cover it with another.
Put it in the oven and went out to do chores....Gary watched the rice.

The salad was romaine, onion, 2 apples, craisins and some chunks of extra sharp cheddar cheese.

 Jasmine rice.

Loved it.  The plums worked with the chicken.
Fuzzy, but a beautiful sunset out the living room window.
Night all.
