A CHANGE IN THE WEATHER IS ON THE WAY

After chores I made a couple quarts of pickled beets....
and another batch of sauce.  The garden is still producing like crazy.
Our duplicate bridge group decided to switch from evenings to afternoons.  Played from
1-4 and had some pretty crappy cards.  What would you do with this hand Sally?
Home late...rested for half an hour before going out to do chores.
It's Homecoming Week at the college.  Gary spent some time down to the Alumni House  giving tours to a group meeting there.  They graduated 50 years ago!
The light has been gorgeous all day.  In the low 80s and will not make 70 by Saturday.
Night all!

  2. We have the opposite here. Was nice the past few days then back over 100 today. The same tomorrow and Saturday. Ugh.

  4. That house is fabulous!

Yes, fall is starting to make itself felt around here.
Night temps are in the 40's, days in the 70's or a bit higher.
What a relief from the summer!

  5. The sauce looks tasty. I'm getting ready to do some pickling once I get some coffee in me. :)
