THE GREEN GREEN GRASS OF HOME

 Beautious...

And that sunshine was flooding the kitchen.  It was very cold so the dogs wanted to go back in before I got into cleaning stalls.

 "On my own" Wednesday.

A little before 10 I arrived for our chorus rehearsal.
We spent the whole session on two songs.  "It's a Mighty Stream" and "Life is a Celebration."
Will be singing both with the High School Chorus at their concert on March 8th.  Great progress.
By 11:45 I was over at the Massage Therapist's.  This is my week to really concentrate on getting the muscles loosened up in my back.  Hot stones.  Divine.

By the time I got home, it was slightly warmer.
Gary went down to Jenny's to do some painting in her kitchen and I did laundry and started on a simple dinner.

By chore time, the sun was showing off again.
Having more light...didn't even go out until after 5:30.

Can you believe that this is the fourth week for these flowers???
So what was for dinner?  I made a casserole that my Mom used to feed us.  Had leftover sauerkraut and adlibbed it from there.  Sauteed an onion.  Did not have any sausage so I cubed up a little hard salami (about the size of a veggie burger) added the sauerkraut (a little more vinegar and brown sugar...like a couple of tablespoons) stirred and threw in a can of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of milk.  Simmered to blend the flavors...made some noodles and mixed it all together.  On the side, was a carrot/apple/grape/golden raisin salad.
After dinner, Seymour was very interested in playing with my watch.

Phoebe and Gucci were into wrestling.

As the weather Merry-Go-Round sticks around....we are headed for a high of 38 tomorrow with bright sunshine.  I'll take it.
Night all.
