WHAT WAS THAT SONG? WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES.....

 This morning at 7:15.
More rain last night, sprinkling this morning and sheets on.  Low 40s and damp.
After stall duty I picked all the pastures.
The pigeons did not like my presence.
The winter wheat has started to grow in the back forty.
The pastures are still green but the grass is not even half an inch long.

What we need is a little more drenching so I can turn the outdoor arena into and ice skating park.
Seymour stuck with me all morning.

He has such beautiful green eyes.
Berlin was in a posing mood.

Went to the bank and Wegmans...other than that I vegged in front of the fire and finally finished my 5th Sharon Creech book.
"Replay."  Now I understand why my friend Kelly read all of Sharon's books to her students.
Instead of having spaghetti leftovers I decided to use the sauce for homemade pizza.
Sauteed some onions for a topping, added cheese and voila.
Once again, after I spread out the dough I let it sit for an hour.
POOOOOF!  It made such a light crust!
Jill did chores and joined us for dinner.  So nice to have her back in town.
If all goes well, you will be meeting Romeo on Thursday.
Night all.

  3. I love those shots of Berlin -- especially the second one. And that pizza is making me drool on my keyboard.

  7. We are also drenched here. Now it is snowing. I have walk around our place every afternoon to check for hunters that are not welcome. Even with posted property, we still get a few every year. Loved your videos of the horses coming in. Can't wait to meet Romeo.
