PS...THE REST OF THE PHOTOS FROM LAST NIGHTS DINNER WITH FRIENDS....



And what did we have?  I brought a spinach (from our garden) salad with sweet onion, strawberries (from our garden) and blueberries.  When we got to Maryellen and Jay's, she added arugula (from their garden), a little bacon, Asiago cheese and croutons.  It was topped with a wine blush dressing.  One of the best salads I've eaten EVER!
Maryellen stir fried some peas (from their garden).
Made a strawberry rhubarb (from her garden) pie for dessert.
And had a side of fruit with raspberries (from their garden).
Jay grilled a flank steak and we also had homemade zuchinni (from last year's garden) bread. This was not only a major feast, it was very organic and healthy.

We sat outside at a picnic table next to their pool.
Last night I showed you many of their gardens.
This place is the MAX!

By the way, not only was the food superb, we had a great time!
