For your viewing pleasure...we had split pea soup, a mixed green salad and crusty bread with melted cheddar cheese for dinner tonight.
I need to compete with Esther (at Ishtar) and Lynda (East Africa).
My cook book will be available in the near future....ha ha....
As for number three!!!! I just realized that Daylight Saving Time starts this coming weekend!
That will be quite a change....
Ahhhhhhhh - AHould I mention I have not eaten dinner yet? Argh! You make me HUNGRY!
ReplyDeleteTotally enamored by Spring am I. BUT HATE "losing" that hour. LOVE gaining the hour in the Fall. I am a lazy girl.
You really should, Lori! Give out that cookbook, that is. Your meals always look so tempting! As for solar cooking, I wrote you the following reply:
ReplyDelete@Lori: I think solar cooking has become a lifestyle. If I didn’t solar cook, I might not be eating so healthy, but I just love how every item tastes so much on its own. You should have a look at Pat’s site. She was so inspired that she made her own solar cooker and tried out some zucchini recipes:

You are quite the chef...if I could only do 1% of what you do my husband would be happy! :) As for the sunset, couldn't see it here. It's very cloudy and snowing like crazy.
