YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On February 22nd, 2008 I started this Journal.  I did not put a counter on it for the first several months and since that time I have had over 27,000 hits.  I have made over 1500 posts and can't imagine how many thousand pictures that includes...no wonder I have worn out one camera.

Thanks to all of you for caring enough to read it and I would love to have the opportunity to meet you someday....I feel like I have many new (and very interesting) friends.

  1. Great choice of a photo to go with the post. You know, I never did do the counter thing (I was afraid no one was reading and that would be depressing so I'd rather not know!:) I'm glad you keep posting...I enjoy reading about your busy days!

I am so glad that free kittens photo you posted back in May attracted me to your blog. You are a treasure (no hyperbole necessary)!

  4. Hi Lori! Congratulations on your first year! We both mark the 22nd of February as special dates but for such different reasons...
As for blogging, I started blogging at esthergarvi.com in early march last year, so first anniversary's coming up soon too.

Congratulations as well on beautiful little Gucci! It's amazing how much action one misses when one retreats for the weekend. I'm glad Marcel went to a good home and am looking forward to som Miss Phoebe & Mademoiselle Gucci interaction!

  5. Wow! A whole year Lori!...And everyday I ask myself... How does she do that?

  6. I think this is a brilliant method of communicating and making new, and interesting, friends. In the past few days I've had comments from people I'e never met from three different continents. It shrinks the globe, doesn't it?
    Warm regards, Mike.
