MORNING...NOON AND NIGHT

The heat wave has arrived.  Today we got up to the mid twenties and it felt great.

At noon we drove to LeRoy and went to the Depot for lunch.  We met three members of the Antolos Family....Sherri, Daniela and Kristin.  They live 1 hour from here and usually go to Croatia in the summertime to see their family (grandparents).  Ariana just spent 4 weeks there last summer, met them, and has kept in touch.  How ironic that they live so close to us.

When it was time to eat,  Ariana ordered a cheeseburger and fries (what else?), Daniela went for a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese with fries.  I had a spinach salad, a cup of onion soup (and stole some of their fries).  They split a dessert....a brownie topped with hot fudge and ice cream.   The food was great and we all left stuffed.  By the way, Daniela is a dill pickle freak and ate four of them.

When we finished eating, the waitress brought over a basket of goodies and the kids were allowed to select something.  As you can see, they made some interesting choices.

Meanwhile back at the Farm....I dug out my first iMac computer and plugged it in for the kids to use.  This is a drawing by Daniela.

At 3:30 the girls went down to Jenny's to watch the football games and eat dinner.  When they got home at 8:15 they wanted to go out in the snow and shovel.  They had a fun day Mom and Tata.
