A bright and beautiful morning. Coop's penquins were ready for some snow boarding!
When I first got out to the barn it was a little grey, but by the time I was finished it was a different
story.
At noon Phoebe had a grooming appointment. She is always great for the groomer, but wants me to feel guilty about taking her there.
This is the before shot.
...and here is the after....
Guess who's coming to dinner? Kevin was out of town and Jen had to work all day so she sent up the goods and I cooked. Black Beans (I used whatever I had in the house....started with chopped onions, added diced roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes and diced carrots...let them go for awhile then added black beans and some cumin). This is delicious in Burritos.
Then I fried up some onions and added ground turkey and taco seasoning. Coop, Finn and Gary had traditional tacos. Jen and I turned it into a big salad....mixed greens, black beans, cheese, tomatoes, red onion, ground turkey/taco, salsa and sour cream topped with crushed taco shells.
Very tasty....
After dinner, Finn wanted to play Sequence. Have you ever played this board game? It is a lot of fun for adults and kids.
Thanks for sharing the cute and yummy picas I just love the pics of the dogs playing to cute!
