CHRISTMAS DAY....

Christmas Morning....

Bermuda...looking soft.

The sun is out, the sky is blue, and the temperature was over 30 by 9am.  On Saturday it may go up to 57 degrees.  Yo Yo.

The rain yesterday knocked the snow down a foot and a half....

Two days ago, this path to the indoor cut through almost two feet of snow.

After chores we went down to Jenny's for brunch and she was showing us some of her Christmas Cards.  This is my all time favorite.  Their friends Matt (an artist) and Julia came up with the idea and I think it is the absolute berries!  How many clones can be out there?
Cooper was occupied with all of his new toys and Finn went out to play hockey on the driveway with Kevin.  Finn said NO PICTURES.

We sat at the kitchen table and played CONNECT FOUR.  Finn is getting so much better with games, and he is better able to handle not winning all the time.

After an hour, Coop was still playing on his own.  He needs no outside entertainment...

Miss Phoebe went with us and was peeking through the bannister when we were getting our coats to leave.  She is so adaptable, I can take her anywhere (and I do).

These next photos were taken at the home of the Finks.  When we left Jenny's we drove over to their home to deliver a scarf that was left at the farm Christmas Eve.  What a unique Christmas tree.  First of all, Alicia is an artist (makes beautiful jewelry) and she has great taste in everything.
She knew she wanted all the decorations to be white and was on a mission to find a variety of things that would work together....like white geranium blossoms, large and small birds, little white houses and her sister (visiting from New Mexico) cut out a couple dozen snowflakes.  Very creative I must say.
