TURKEY DAY AT THE CENTER...

I arrived for KP duty at 9:30 and Tina (the expert in the kitchen) was already slicing the turkey breasts.  We needed all the help we could get in order to be ready by noon.  I don't think I have ever tasted better turkey.  We served 75 people and at 1:30 I had to leave to take Phoebe to her Therapy Dog gig.  Gary, who helped serve the meals, stayed in my place to do dishes.  We had two visitors who came to check out the kitchen.  Quite an interesting afternoon... And what a thrill it is to get in the "Lilly Tomlin" mode with those ravishing hairnets!
