MUDDY PADDOCKS...
This morning we had a little snow, but it disappeared as fast as it hit the ground. Because the paddocks are so muddy, I fed the hay out in one of the pastures. So far, they have managed to stay pretty decent. The temperature was in the low 30s.
Your hay is so fluffy. I AM NOT an expert on hay....I don't know much, but our hay seems more straw-like. Goats are so picky...Billie won't eat it off the ground like that. Daisy does a little, but not like your horses.
The weather looks sunny. didn't the horses want to go out to have their hay ?
