70 POUNDS OF TURKEY...
I spent much of the day helping to prepare the turkey, cranberry sauce and potatoes for tomorrows lunch at the Center (for 65). In the morning we will work on stuffing, gravy, squash and waldorf salad...and pumpkin squares. It's a good thing we got a head start today.
