A VISIT FROM BELLINI






...of course he would not have made it without my friend Helen.  She came up to the farm to help me out with the eggplant explosion.  I threw in some onions, peppers and tomatoes.

    Yum. I love to combine eggplant with peppers and onions in a sautee.

    An eggplant explosion? Is that like having squash coming out of your ears?
