SOMETHING DIFFERENT

It was such a beautiful night (and I did not want to make dinner) Gary, Phoebe and I jumped in the car and headed for Lake Ontario.  On the way we stopped at Ryan's Deli and picked up some chow.  Instead of going to the State Park, we called our friends (Carol and Topper) who live at Sandy Harbor, and ate our dinner on their deck.  Phoebe loved watching the activity on the lake, and as the sun went down, the sky was (what can I say?) magnificent.

  2. See, I'm from ome of the mid-Atlantic states, and we cannot quite grasp a lake that looks so muchg like an ocean.

  4. Absolutely beautiful shots! That is what is so great about Outside...you can jump in the car and go somewhere. If we just get in the car and drive South...we just drive. And 360 miles later you are in Anchorage. Lots of mountains in between but not much else. We are driving down the 22nd to watch a 3-hour football game and drive back (720+ in a day to watch football! HA!) I'll make a photo shoot of the journey for you. So glad you didn't have to cook! :)
