The Art & Aesthetics Committee, of the Walk! Bike! Brockport Action Group, is having a life size mule installed next to the Main Street bridge in the village. Her name is "Phebe" and she is patiently waiting in a storage building at the DPW. Mules were a very important part of the Erie Canal's success.
How does Phoebe feel about having the mule named after her? Bahaha!
