BERMUDA...

This is a cat that was rescued when he was a few months old (along with three adult cats).  The people at the Scottsville Animal Hospital were so thrilled, I was given bags of food and many thanks.  Even tho he was the youngest, he did not trust people and would not allow you to approach him.  During the winter, he goes in and out of the basement and sleeps in a crawl space under the hot water pipes.  Because I feed him at the top of the stairs, he is waiting for me every morning and accepts brushing and petting in exchange for loud purrs.  He must be at least 15.  Over the past 26 years we have had many cats...either we rescued them or they found us.  Maybe I should get a couple more since we are down to one and the barns are so inviting.
