Started off my morning checking on the bee situation in the Studio. Hopefully everything will be back to normal by this weekend.
Gary went to Dan's for coffee and I started prepping some food. First I made a big bowl of watermelon with red grapes.
Then I picked a few more beans and
BBCued them.
Because it was my birthday I made sure a bike ride was in order. This time....Ride #30.....I took two videos. Fortunately there was a nice breeze and it was not too hot.
It's all about the music. I posted the first one at 4:30 and it had 523 view by 6:30. Many others must like Billy Easton as much as I do.
Had to go to the bank and stopped at Hanny's to drop off a basket of cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and pickled beets before going to the library for bridge.

Sure did not get good cards today! Andrea made a cake for my birthday, which we ate before playing. A very sweet gesture.
Stopped at Wegmans on the way home and then started dinner.
Gary grilled chicken and
Little Wonder was very interested.
Thanks for the birthday card Hanny,
Night all.
PS
I woke up to this message from Jenny with lots of photos. How sweet it is.

ReplyDeleteI had to laugh at your post a few days ago when you mentioned you were always the shortest one in photos. Me, too, at 5'1" but as I read once,
"If your feet touch the floor when your standing up, you're tall enough!"
Hugs!
Many Happy Birthday wishes from down here. Looks like you had a great day, celebrate those years, and enjoy all the next ones.XXX
ReplyDeleteDitto to Barbara Anne, I had to measure my height last week to fill in a form for the dental surgeon, hikes, only 1.5 metres now, 5 feet, how did I shrink several inches over the years !!! We say, " If you feet touch the floor in the morning, it's a good way to start the day" !!! And I was always the shortest in Any school photos. Or family ones too.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday !
