The Qi Gong looks interesting. At the beekeeping class I took the instructor said we may want to take up Tai Chi so we learn to move slowly and smoothly. It looks like what you're doing is similar.

p.s. I just turned word verification off because everyone (including me) is having such a hard time with it. Sounds like I may have to turn it back on but I'm not as popular as you so maybe not.Maery Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09897994913879836634noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-521506189961896893.post-70006590158466649002012-03-06T13:28:37.495-05:002012-03-06T13:28:37.495-05:00We are melting, melting! I think the saying about grass being greener on the other side of the fence had to originate with horses. And, no, I never expected to get a horse of Winston's ability and personality when I set out on my search. If you're on the new Blogger Interface, click the cog-like icon in the upper right corner of your blog settings screens. Select "Old Blogger Interface."

2) Go into your settings.

3) Select "Comments."

4) Under "Who Can Comment?" I would suggest either "Anyone" or "Registered Users (this one keeps anonymous posters from commenting if you so desire).

5) Under "Comment Form Placement" I would suggest "Full Page" or "Pop-up" since some folks are having a tough time viewing and commenting on embedded forms.

6) Scroll down the page a bit and look for "Comment Moderation." You might want to allow moderation on posts older than 14 days because very old posts sometimes seem to be spam magnets. Include your email address if you want notifications of comments left on you blog posts which are older than 14 days, if you selected the above option.

7) Under "Show Word Verification for Comments?" Please select NO.

8) Save these changes to your settings.

9) Return to the new Blogger interface, if you wish by clicking on your Dashboard and clicking "Try the updated Blogger interface."Cloudiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05853753108637831069noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-521506189961896893.post-70060604519356644122012-03-05T20:29:00.903-05:002012-03-05T20:29:00.903-05:00Do I hear spring birds in the clip of this winter ...Do I hear spring birds in the clip of this winter day?!Sharon Creechhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01297551991159941966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-521506189961896893.post-55456047558962144762012-03-05T19:56:26.098-05:002012-03-05T19:56:26.098-05:00We are having a few spring 'teaser' days.....We are having a few spring 'teaser' days... but nasty weather comes in tomorrow night - yeeucckkk!
I hope your weather warms up a bit.
