A Great Loss....

When Gary got home from Java this morning he had news that our Sunday Jams leader,
Jimmy Foote, suddenly passed away yesterday.  A major loss to our community, as he was as generous as they come.  His music added so much to many of our lives.  I hope we can continue to play and that he will be with us in spirit.  Peace Jimmy, to you and your family.

When the dogs woke up it was still dark out.

Before I knew it, the sky was exploding with color.

There was frost on the ground, but the temperature ended up in the 60s.
 Class at 10:30.

Once again, it was not very warm....even tho I turned on the heater at 7:30.
I'm afraid we are going to be moving into the house next week.

We had our regular bread delivery at noon,
and Carina's daughter brought in a basket of rolls to share with us.
What can I say?  She makes the very best bread you can buy.
For some reason, Little Wonder loves to stand on top of the mounds over the garlic Gary planted.
He also loves going in the flower gardens.

 How about that shiny coat?

I made a quick trip to Hilton to see my Doctor and by the time I got back to the farm
it was nice and warm.

I cut back the remaining glads one more time, and they are still beautiful.

Just a quick dinner tonight as I had a Town Board Workshop.
Leftover cauliflower (added peas).
Home late.
Night all.

Sorry for the loss of your friend. I'm sure he will be with you all in spirit.

Beautiful skies.

So sorry for the loss of your friend! He looks much too young and healthy to have gone so suddenly.
Beautiful sunrise shots! All the color from the leaves still hanging on (can you believe we still have so much color) is making the sunsets and sunrises even more spectacular!

So sorry for your loss, but what a blessing to have had such a friend in your life. It looks like the sky was beautiful in his memory.
