Five Little Piggies....

It rained last night and was pouring when I went out to the barn this morning.  What to do with the horses...not a day for the pasture.  So, Karen and I kicked them out while we cleaned the barn.  Abbe, Berlin and Moon were under the overhang and we put Maggie and Angel in the indoor with hay nets and water.

Then, we rigged a way for the Florida Babes to go from the indoor to the outdoor by constructing a shoot.  See how wet the ring is?  One of the girls rolled as soon as she got out there.  Totally soaked and muddy.

I had to go to the dentist this afternoon...he had my mouth open so long my jaw ached.  On the way home I approached our farm from a different direction and had to pull off the road to grab a couple shots from my car.
We are always going North to Brockport and seldom come home this way.
By then it was sputtering and the girls spent a short time in the pasture.

I let Angel and Maggie have the front paddock for awhile...

They wandered all over the place.
Did I tell you that the temperature reached 67 today?  And that we could have wind gusts up to 60 miles per hour tonight?  I can't wait.  Who knows, maybe we will lose power.

Simple dinner...
salad and pasta with our garden sauce.

Time to put on some pjs.
Night all.

Looks like a miserable day all around. I detest going to the dentist. Hope your mouth and jaw feel better by now.

Your garden sauce always looks so good. Cold here as well, but no rain.

We were pelted by wind and rain too. Oh it was so cute the kids still braved the weather for their candy. I was afraid some of them were going to blow away!
