FINN'S SPECIAL DAY...

I'm in the groove of putting the hay in nets each morning. Works for me and the horses like being in the shade. We got some rain last night and it was grey quite a bit today.
I must say that the grass and gardens are growing like crazy. We can't keep up with the spinach.

For some reason, Dream was all by herself in the indoor today. She may be going back to Christina's World tomorrow or the next day. What a sweet and perfect girl she has been. I do know, however, that Mr. Sand Man is going to be very happy to have another horse around.
Gucci was on duty, as she is every morning....watching for little critters.
When we got in the house it was time for wrestlemania.
After lunch I went out and pulled a gazillion of those sticky weeds out of the day lilies. What a mess...

Did chores a little early so we could go down to the Ginther School for a presentation by Finn and several first grades. The place was packed and they had to get out more chairs.

Kevin, Jenny, Grampa and Coop were there waiting for everything to get started.
What a clever concept. Instead of a play, they planned a talent show and then put it on.

The girl below was the "director"...had a ton of lines and was loaded with expression. She could have a real future in show biz.

Finn.

Coop and Kevin doing a video of the entire presentation.

Below is Mrs. Ainsworth...Finn's teacher. She has done a great job with him this year.
Cookies and punch.... Brothers!
While we were inside, the sun was out and it poured!
Stopped just in time...
There was a double rainbow! Simple pleasures.
Night all.

Finn and his friends at the Talent Show.

We're always so busy, aren't we? Wouldn't have it any other way. Wish my garden grew as quickly as you garden's do. I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually.

Loved the video! And, I think it's great that there were so many people there to watch.
