You are looking at the best peanut butter cookies on the planet. This afternoon I went down to the Senior Center to supervise the beginning of a cookie business...There is a well outfitted commercial kitchen there and about 8 good volunteers went through the procedure with ease.
For several years Dick Herzog ran the baking activities and he came back today to get us off on the right foot. Gary actually said that he is going to get involved with this project. Tomorrow there will be a flea market and I, along with some people from the Association, will prepare homemade pizza for 50. While we were finishing up the cookies, I sauted some peppers and onions from our garden and put together some pizza sauce. Good smells were coming out of that kitchen. Got home too late to make dinner, so I hope we are going out for something to eat.
