Let's start with the restaurant. If you live anywhere near Rochester, New York and want to enjoy a real dining experience....make reservations at Virtu. It is right on the River and is full of atmosphere and some of the best food around. My class gave me a gift certificate to Virtu at our last art opening, so I know about it first hand. Unique menu, great presentation and great service.
