Last night we attended a performance by SANKOFA, which is an African Dancing and Drumming Ensemble (SUNY Brockport Dance Department). As usual, it was an electric and energizing performance with costumes that never cease to amaze me. To live in this small town and have exposure to such professional cultural activities is unique. We have been attending this event for as long as I can remember, and if you don't plan ahead, you can't get a seat. SOLD OUT!
